Jessica L. Fowler, MNSc, APRN, PMHNP-BC, TIYT

Jessica completed her Masters of Nursing Science at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2014 following a 10 year career as a Registered Nurse. It was at this point as a psychiatric nurse practitioner that Jessica discovered yoga when it was suggested as an option for patients looking to heal from mental illness. Dedicated to offering her patients every means of healing possible, Jessica completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training . She further advanced her yoga and mental wellness integrated knowledge with a Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy certification. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus on holistic mental health and integrating trauma informed yoga techniques into professional mental health practice. With this background and  knowledge, Jessica brings a unique , compassionate, individualized, whole person, client-centered approach to every session. Through her advanced education and experience in psychiatric care, Jessica recognizes that there is not a one size fits all or quick fix for conditions that bring us out of a state of wellness.

Ally Sabados Smolinski, LCSW, RYT-200, TIYT

Ally is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and part owner of Vitality Mental Health & Wellness. She earned her Masters Degree from the University of Arkansas in 2014 and has since worked in a variety of treatment settings. Along with her clinical practice, she is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT-200) and is certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy. She is committed to using an integrative approach to treat the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. Along with traditional psychotherapy, Ally has found great value in using mindfulness, breath-work, and yoga techniques in her clinical practice to reduce the severity of symptoms.

With Ally as your therapist, you can choose to utilize a traditional psychotherapy approach, or use her knowledge of alternative techniques into your therapy session. She will work with you to find what feels most comfortable.

Ally’s target population is adults who struggle with adjusting to life stressors, family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, and relational issues. She is truly committed to providing a unique and individualized treatment that is tailored to the needs of each person that she meets with.
