Coffee and Conversation: Yoga for stress and anxiety

Join Jessica Fowler, owner of Vitality Yoga and psychiatric nurse practitioner, for an evening at 211 Cafe to learn about yoga practices used to overcome anxiety. Jessica is certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy and was also named as one of 2017 's Arkansas Top 40 Nurses Under 40 for her work with yoga and mental health. Come find out how to get started with this daily practice for stress/anxiety and how it works for your body and mind. This event is free and open to all.
